Here Is How It Works

1.

Kick-Off Call

Day one of week one, we’ll start with a 30-minute virtual meeting to learn about what diets you’ve tried in the past, what seems to work for you, what your current symptoms are, and how you would like to feel by the end of the program.

2.

Document Your Week

Week one is all about tracking your current day-to-day life. You’ll start logging your meals, sleep, pulse, and temperature in an online log throughout each day of the week. Once complete, you’ll send it to Jared to review.

3.

New Habits

In week two’s call with Jared, you’ll get insight into how your habits are contributing to your symptoms. Jared will then explain the first steps you need to take in order to feel better. You’ll also get access to Jared’s nutrition resources.

4.

Stay The Course

Throughout the rest of the program, you’ll continue to meet with Jared for 30 minutes each week to check in on your progress. As you’re able to adopt new habits, Jare will teach you new tools that will help you continue improving.

When I met Jared a year and a half ago I had pain in several different areas of my body. We started doing bodywork which consists of reflexology and muscle strength testing. During those sessions, we would talk a lot. Jared is a wealth of knowledge and information. I would often take notes after our sessions. We talked about how I could improve my exercise, nutrition, cold water therapy, breathing techniques, meditation, and supplements. In December I decided to increase my work with Jared and he started coaching me. He changed my workouts, he changed my nutrition plan, and we continued with bodywork. After three months, the results have by far exceeded my expectations.

As I sit here now, I am almost completely pain-free. I now have a free range of motion in both shoulders without pain which I didn’t have before. I reached my target weight (which I initially thought Jared had set kind of aggressively) of 180 pounds, and I had not been 180 pounds in over twenty years. My workouts are no longer stale and boring. I was not getting results before and now it’s fun going to the GYM. I know I have increased muscle and lost fat and I have before and after pictures to poove it. I did body mass analysis though I don’t need test results to prove this works because I can just look in the and see that my pants (which were always tight in the midsection) are now very loose.
