Here Is How It Works

1.

Introductory Consultation

To start, you’ll meet with Jared to complete a metabolic test. This test will paint a quantifiable picture of where you are starting from. We’ll also take a ‘before’ photo so you can look back and see how your body has changed over the course of the fitness program.

2.

Put In The Work

Over the course of the next three months, we’ll train on a weekly basis. In addition to training, you’ll get a weekly check-in call from Jared to get an update on your progress, how you feel about it, and to make any necessary adjustments to your fitness program if needed.

3.

Grow On Your Own

In this fitness program, you’ll learn the foundational principles of having good form, avoiding injury, recovery, weight lifting, stretching, and functional movement. And ultimately, by the end, you’ll confidently be able to move on your own without relying on a trainer.
